Open the Flood Gates of Heaven In the past few weeks I has been in retreats with LaVonne Chandler & Touched by Grace Ministries.   The theme of the retreats have been "Here's My Cup Lord" so we have been gearing our songs towards those dealing with the river or rain.  As I was on the keyboard playing one night I was singing, "Let it Rain".  The lyrics to this song are, "let it rain.... open the flood gates of heaven".  As I was singing this GOD began to tell me, "you are singing this song to Me, but I Am singing to you."  As I begin to think about what HE was saying HE opened up so many scriptures that I have read and even preached many times.  Scriptures like, "washed by the water of the word", "out of your belly shall flow rivers of living water", "in the last days I will pour my spirit out upon all flesh....and they shall prophesy", and many others.  GOD spoke to me and said, "we really need the revelation that HIS work is finished and that we are to pick up this work and demonstrate here on earth."  He said the reason that I Am singing this song to you is because your mouth is the "flood gate of heaven" and when MY people open their mouth it will release the rain of heaven...literally what is in heave upon this earth.   That is when those scripture became so clear.  GOD is pouring a spirit of prophecy upon HIS people so that they will open their mouths (the flood gates of heaven) and let the kingdom of GOD rain upon this earth.  The enemy has tried to keep the church silent because he knew that within us GOD had already placed the KINGDOM and if we ever got the revelation that our mouth would be the gate that would release it upon this earth that it would destroy the kingdom of darkness. I urge ministers and five fold ministry workers, don't silence the people.  This is an end time movement where not just the ministers and the those who carry the titles are releasing the Word of the LORD, but to anyone and whosoever will OPEN THE GATE and let the rain come forth out of them.  So "OPEN THE FLOOD GATES" says GOD and the rain of MY KINGDOM will come forth and drown the enemy and the stronghold that it has placed upon MY people..... OPEN THE FLOOD and LET IT RAIN!" "He that has an ear, let him hear" To GOD be the glory.... BJ Hilton
